Refund policy
At IK3DLab, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, I am happy to offer a refund or replacement. To qualify:

Damaged Items: Please send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact me and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
