Refund policy

At IK3DLab, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, I am happy to offer a refund or replacement. To qualify:

• Damaged Items: Please send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

• Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact me and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We’re committed to making sure you receive your order in good condition and appreciate your understanding.
